Our product range is vast, with hundreds of options across many categories of commercial cooling. To help customers find their ideal product quicker, we’ve separated our range by category, and added refinement options to shortlist against your requirement instantly. For each individual product, the site contains detailed specification information, as well as downloadable documents.
My True
For True product owners, the new My True section is your online portal for accessing product documentation, information on the warranty status of your unit, and looking up contact information for approved True service partners in your area. All you need is your product serial number.
Customisation
True’s colour customisation service is showcased better than ever before through a new Custom Design area, which lets users apply a wide range of colours to a selection of True products and visualise the possibilities of creating a product to become the showpiece of your kitchen. You can even share your creation on social media.
Areas to inspire
Inspiring customers and helping to enhance your business is what we are all about. Our new dedicated Inspiration gallery shows refrigeration products in situ, but the scope is much broader, curating high quality imagery around the latest trends and markets.

Commercial refrigeration is no longer limited to restaurant kitchens. Updated Regulatory information
We created our BE READY educational campaign in 2019 amidst increasing regulatory requirements effecting the procurement of commercial refrigeration. Since then, changes have been ongoing, but it is still difficult to find a concise and easy explanation geared towards operators. Our updated BE READY page is the place to go for up-to-date and accessible information on this otherwise complex subject.
